Officers of the Company

Roger T. Fridholm,
Chairman Emeritus

A former associate of McKinsey & Company in New York, Mr. Fridholm has over 18 years in executive management within the staffing industry, including a term as Senior Vice-President of Kelly Services and a term as President & Chief Executive Officer of Co-Counsel (now Ajilon), a national provider of contract attorneys and paralegals.

Earlier, Mr. Fridholm enjoyed a highly successful 13-year stint as President and Chief Operating Officer of The Stroh Brewery Company. A co-founder of Ad Hoc, Mr. Fridlholm holds an M.B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan.

Beth S. Moore,
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Primarily in charge of Ad Hoc’s client and candidate services, Ms. Moore has almost 30 years’ experience in professional services management and business development.

Prior to co-founding Ad Hoc, she served in executive positions with Norrell Corporation, The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Houston Grand Opera and Neiman Marcus. She actively serves on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations in Dallas and Houston.

Ms. Moore is a cum laude graduate of Texas A&M University, with a B.B.A. in Marketing.

Jess R. Moore,
President & General Counsel

Responsible for Ad Hoc’s strategic planning and operational development, Mr. Moore is a co-founder of Ad Hoc. He is a former practicing lawyer and the former Vice President Operations of Co-Counsel, where he succeeded Roger Fridholm.

Earlier, Mr. Moore served as Vice President of JAMS – the nation’s largest private alternative dispute resolution company – where he oversaw the operations and expansion of the company’s East Coast and Texas offices.

He holds a J.D. from South Texas College of Law and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University. He is married to Beth Moore.

Stacie L. Lambert,
Chief Operating Officer

A former senior associate of Coopers & Lybrand and the former Chief Financial Officer of Co-Counsel, where she was charged with overseeing that company’s initial public offering, Ms. Lambert oversees Ad Hoc’s finance, human resources, information management and physical plant departments. She has been with the company since its inception.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Lambert was Controller and Director of Budget and Reporting at Proler International Corporation. A certified public accountant for l5 years, she is a graduate of the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University.
