Right Rewards

Once Ad Hoc has identified professionals like you, the legal world’s most talented and qualified individuals, we work on your behalf to ensure that you are rewarded accordingly through:

Challenging Positions
Competitive Salaries
Industry-leading Benefits

In one of the most revolutionary moves in its industry, Ad Hoc treats our temporary professionals as statutory employees, rather than independent contractors.

As a part of our heightened level of service, Ad Hoc offers our employees competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits which include:

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan

All employees of Ad Hoc who are at least 21 years of age and have accumulated 1,000 hours of service within 12 months from their date of hire are eligible to enroll in a pre-tax retirement savings plan. Eligible employees may contribute up to 15% of their earnings, a portion of which is matched by Ad Hoc. The plan offers 8 investment options.

Holiday Pay

Temporary employees of Ad Hoc are paid for the following holidays:

New Year’s Day
Independence Day
Memorial Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day

Vacation

Employees are paid vacation pay in lieu of vacation.  Employees who bill 1,920 straight time hours at Ad Hoc are paid 40 hours of pay at the rate in effect on the date the payment is earned.

Direct Deposit

All employees are eligible to enroll in a plan to deposit their bi-weekly payroll earnings (and expense reimbursements) into their checking or savings accounts via wire transfer. This convenient and confidential transmittal eliminates delays in receiving payroll checks by mail, and saves the time and cost of personally retrieving payroll checks from Ad Hoc’s offices.

Referral Bonus

Employees receive $75 for each non-attorney and $150 for each attorney they refer who complete 520 straight time hours at Ad Hoc in the six-month period following the referral. An employee must have completed at least 520 straight hours to be eligible to receive the benefit.

Insurance

Ad Hoc offers its employees the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive major medical insurance plan, which allows participants to select any physician or hospital. For employees who complete 1,920 straight time hours, Ad Hoc contributes 50% toward the medical premium for individual coverage for as long as the employee is employed at Ad Hoc and completes at least 35 hours per week.

Benefits are subject to change without notice. Contact Ad Hoc’s Human Resources Department for the latest information and eligibility requirements.
