Credential screening is merely step one in Ad Hoc’s rigorous review process. Candidates must meet all of our requirements before they’re ever considered for yours. We perform in-person interviews and, when appropriate, skills testing with every potential candidate before we ever consider recommending them for hire, temporary or full-time. Qualified candidates then undergo education and employment verification, along with criminal background and reference checks.
