The information submitted or entered to Ad Hoc through the Site is used solely for the limited purposes of assisting candidates in their employment search, evaluating candidates for employment, accepting client requests for information, accepting client job orders, statistical record keeping, and improving the Site and its performance. 

Ad Hoc does not sell, trade, or rent personal information to others.  Ad Hoc may provide non-personal information (aggregated information) about the traffic patterns on the Site and related Site information to third party advertisers, but these statistics do not include any personally identifiable items.  Ad Hoc may release account information when it believes that such release is reasonably necessary to enforce or apply our Terms of Use or to protect the rights, property, and safety of the Site, our users, or others. 

2. REGISTRATION AND CONTACT INFORMATION OF CANDIDATES

Though the security of any information entered on the Internet cannot be guaranteed, Ad Hoc takes every measure to provide the best possible protection for your privacy.  Contact information, such as candidates’ names, addresses, and telephone numbers, is collected solely to contact candidates about their employment searches and employment opportunities for which they are qualified.   

3. USER COMMENTS

In keeping with its goal of offering the highest level of service to its candidates and clients, Ad Hoc encourages users to comment on the Site.  Ad Hoc may later use these comments for marketing purposes or to contact users for additional feedback.

4. PROMOTIONS

At certain times, Ad Hoc may request specific information if you choose to register for contests, sweepstakes, and promotions that are sponsored by third parties.  This information may be shared with the sponsors in order for them to contact contestants.  Participation in these promotions and contests is completely voluntary, and the information to be shared with third parties will be clearly stated as it is collected.

Ad Hoc provides links to third party sites for your convenience.  Please be aware that Ad Hoc is not responsible for the privacy policies of these sites.  Ad Hoc recommends users familiarize themselves with the privacy practices of all sites that collect personally identifiable information.

6. LOG FILES

The Site uses IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the Site, track user movement, and gather board demographic information for aggregate use.  IP addresses do not contain personally identifiable information. 

7. COOKIES
